While we strive to make every grooming experience a positive one, some dogs may react unpredictably due to fear, anxiety, prior trauma, or medical conditions. We recommend letting us know about any known behavioural issues or sensitivities when booking.

Although we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your pet’s safety during grooming, Happy Dog Grooming Studio cannot be held liable for any pre-existing conditions or underlying health issues that may arise or become apparent during or after the session (e.g. skin reactions, infections, matting-related irritation, etc.).
We do not provide veterinary care and are not liable for health complications outside of standard grooming. If we notice anything concerning (such as skin problems, ticks, lumps, or unusual behaviour), we will inform you and may suggest a vet consultation.
